Effective Friday, January 30, 2026, the recommended operating environment for the smartphone version of the RICOH360 Tours app will change as follows:
Recommended Operating Environment
・iOS: iOS 16.x or later
・Android: Android OS 12.x or later

Important
・Please note that individual notifications will not be sent on the day of the change.
・Support for older OS versions and devices will end on June 2, 2025. We appreciate your understanding.
