In this article you will find all of the steps necessary to create your RICOH360 Tours account and how to create your first tour. 

If you have not downloaded the RICOH360 Tours app please download it from the App Store. Make sure your RICOH THETA has been fully charged. 

Create your RICOH360 Tours account

1. Using your browser, type app.ricoh360.com
2. Tap Sign up
3. Tap Enable Storage Access if requested
4. Tap Allow so RICOH360 Tours can access the photos, media and files on your device
5. Type in your Name
6. Type in your Email
7. Type in your Password
8. After reviewing, check the box to accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
9. Tap Sign Up
10. Tap Launch App
11. Tap Open
12. Login to your newly created account

Registering your RICOH THETA camera

It is recommended that you always use the latest version of the RICOH THETA firmware.

*Make sure that RICOH THETA is fully charged.

Note: If a dialog box appears during the registration or shooting steps below asking for permission to connect to a photo, network or location services, click OK. This is necessary for the RICOH360 Tours app to work properly.

1. Log in to the RICOH360 Tours mobile app
2. Tap the settings option found on the bottom right of your your screen
3. Tap RICOH THETA
4. Tap Register your THETA
5. Tap Register your THETA
6. Enter the Serial No. on the bottom of the camera (Both letters and numbers) for example: YP12345678
7. Tap NEXT
8. Press the power button on the camera to turn it on
9. Press the wireless button on the camera to turn on the wireless (the wireless lamp will blink)
   *For RICOH THETA X, swipe the display panel from top to bottom, and tap the wireless icon in the upper left corner.
   
10. Tap Register
11. On the connection screen, tap Join
12. When you get the dialog box with "Connection completed". Tap OK

Your THETA is now registered to this device.

Creating a tour

1. Tap New Tour, enter the tour name, etc., and then tap Done
2. Tap  at the bottom of the screen
3. Tap the serial number of the RICOH THETA you want to connect in the Registered a THETA
4. Press the power button on the camera to turn it on
5. Press the wireless button on the camera to turn on the wireless
6. Press the Connect button
7. When the connection dialog box appears, tap OK, Connect, etc.
   *Once the mobile device is connected to RICOH THETA, steps 3 to 8 are not necessary until the connection is broken.
8. Tap the shutter icon
   The camera will capture a 360° image, which will appear on your iOS device when complete.
9. Select a label for the room, or enter a label of your choice
10. To add more images, tap Add Next Photo, and repeat the process from step 9.
11. Tap Done to finish creating the tour
12. Add Floor plans and add tour details as needed

This completes the tour creation process.
