There are multiple subscription types available on the RICOH360 Tours platform, including:
- Pro Plan Monthly or Annual
- Business Plan Monthly or Annual
- Entry Plan (no longer available to subscribe)
- Standard Plan (no longer available to subscribe)
Note: Changing from Entry to Pro will provide you with the same features at a reduced price. If you would like to change from the Standard plan to any other plan, please contact our support team for specifics.
Changing your Plan
- Log into app.ricoh360.com
- At the top of the page click Upgrade
- Select the plan that you wish to change to by clicking the Check Mark under the chosen plan (Business or Pro)
- Be sure to select the billing duration from the dropdown (Monthly or Annual)
- Select Next at the bottom of the screen
- Review the payment total
- Select Next at the bottom of the screen
- Congratulations, you have changed your subscription!
Note: When you change your plan you are billed immediately and your new renewal date will be the date you made the change. Any remaining balance will be credited to your account for future use.
Example: If you want to switch from annual to monthly with a Pro plan. If your subscription started January 1st and today is July 1st you will be credited 6 months of your pro plan and your monthly plan will use those credits until they are depleted.
