Check connection issues :
- Verify that any advanced wifi setting related to mobile data is off
- These settings can be listed as such:
- Switch to Mobile Data (latest)
- Older models
- Auto Network Switch
- Smart Network Switch
- WIFI Optimization
Verify ALL permissions are enabled
If you find it easier, you can uninstall and reinstall the app and make sure you grant permissions to the following:
- Location
- Camera
- Storage
- Phone
