About this function
- You can export information about a team's tours in a batch. It is not possible to export only one particular tour.
The exported ZIP file can be imported to another team. - The exported ZIP file is divided into folders for each tour.
Each folder will contain 360-degree and 2D images of the tour, images and text in the annotations, map images, the location of each room on the map, and destination data (data.json). For 360-degree and 2D photos in the tour, the original photos before processing by the AI Image Enhancement will be exported. - The only ZIP files that can be imported by the import function of RICOH360 Tours are ZIP files exported by the export function of RICOH360 Tours.
- This function can only be performed by the team Admin(owner), and Admin.
Also, this function is available for all price plans.
Some information can be exported / imported by this operation and some information cannot be exported / imported, see below.

Procedure
Export Tours
- Launch the web app at app.ricoh360.com
- Select your Team
- Click
- Click Export button to the right of "Export Tours" under "Team Settings"
- Click Execute when the following dialog box opens
- An email notifying you of the completion of the export is sent to the email address registered in your account.
- Click on the link in the email with the file name (team_export_{Team Name}_1.zip) to start downloading the ZIP file.
Import Tours
- Launch the web app at app.ricoh360.com
- Select your Team
- Click
- Click Import button to the right of "Import Tours" under "Team Settings"
- Select the ZIP file to be imported from your PC and the file upload will begin.
*The only ZIP files that can be imported here are ZIP files exported by the RICOH360 Tours export function.
*If the same tour in the ZIP file exists in the team to which you are importing, it will be overwritten. - When the upload is complete, click Execute.
- Once the import is complete, an email notifying you of the completion of the import will be sent to the email address registered in your account
*The person in charge of the imported tour will be assigned by the person who executed the import
