1. Basic Information

Specifications

  • The Floor Plan Generator is a service that creates a Floor Plan based on a tour created by RICOH360 Tours. All you need to do is open the tour with your uploaded 360° Photos and select the Floor Plan Generator feature. The Floor Plan will be automatically returned to you in 1 to 2 business days.
  • This service is available to teams on paid plans. This feature is not available on free trial plans.
  • Only the team administrator can order floor plans.
  • We accept orders per tour (per building). Multiple tours cannot be ordered at one time.
  • Orders can only be placed for residential properties. Orders for commercial real estate are not accepted and will not be supported. Please understand this in advance.
  • Room names will be in English, French or Spanish.
  • To ensure that more accurate floor plans are generated:
    • Add Photos of the hallways to the tour.
    • Setting Tour Paths for the tour is recommended. 
  • The floor plans at the time of delivery can be specified with dimensional entries for each room. If you wish to specify the dimensions, please address the following

    • Fill in "Photo Name" on each 360-degree Photo of the tour.
    • Enter "Photo Name" and "dimensions" in the Additional Remarks field of the order form.
  • The created floor plans will be delivered as a ZIP file that contains a compilation of file formats JPG, PNG, PDF, transparent PDG, and SVG.
  • The delivered file can be used as a tour map (*except for SVG format files) or posted on a real estate portal site or your own website. For instructions on how to use the files as a tour map, please refer to this help page.

2. How to Order

  • Create a tour based on 360° photos.
  • Please make sure that the tour is open to the public and that photos of all rooms, hallways and staircases in the subject property have been uploaded.
  • In order to create an accurate floor plan, please add as many tour paths as possible to confirm room-to-room locations.
  • The floor plans at the time of delivery can be specified with dimensional entries for each room. If you wish to specify the dimensions, please address the following

    • Fill in "Photo Name" on each 360-degree Photo of the tour.
    • Enter "Photo Name" and "dimensions" in the Additional Remarks field of the order form.
  • Please note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • We will contact you if there is any discrepancy in your order.

To order Floor Plan Generator, please follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to the web app RICOH360 Tours
  2. Select the tour for which you would like to create a Floor Plan
  3. Click on __________2021-07-12_2.58.47.png and then Floor Plan Generator
  4. Click Continue
  5. Click Continue
  6. Enter the Number of floors(Required Field), Property Street Address, Additional remarks and click Confirm Order
  7. Confirm the order details and click Place Order to confirm the order.
  8. Click OK to return to the tour details screen.

 

3. Using your Delivered Images

  • Notification of delivery will be sent by e-mail to the person who placed the order/administrator.
  • Deliverables can be downloaded from "Floor Plan Order History" under button_setting.png[Setting]-[Optional Service].
  • To download deliverables, you must access the web app from a PC browser. Downloading from smartphones is not possible.
  1. Open Floor Plan Order History ( https://app.ricoh360.com/team/floor-plan-order-history )
  2. Confirm the target order and click on button_Delivery.pngDelivery
  3. Unzip the ZIP file
  4. Click on "Add Floor Plans" in the "Floor Plans" section of the Tour Details page and upload the delivered floor plan (JPG or PNG).

How to request modifications if you are not satisfied with the delivered images

  • If you are not satisfied with the delivered image, you may request revisions.
    • You may request revisions up to two times.
    • The deadline for correction requests is within one week after delivery.
  1. Open the Floor Plan Order History ( https://app.ricoh360.com/team/floor-plan-order-history )
  2. Confirm the order and click button_fixrequest.pngFix Request
  3. Fill in the required information and click Reorder
  4. Confirm the contents of the delivery e-mail
  5. Confirm the order and click button_Delivery.pngDelivery

 

4. Billing

Floor Plan Generator is an additional charge.

Benefits

  • First order is always free!
    • One free order per team

About payment

  • The cost is ¥ 2,000 / $ 20 / € 20 per floor.
  • Payment is due approximately one week after notification of delivery completion.
  • Payment will be charged to the payment method (e.g. credit card) registered at the start of your team's subscription.
  • If there is a credit balance remaining, that will be used first and the balance will be charged.

 

5. Summary

  • Ordering
    • Floor Plans are not available to Free Plans.
    • Only the team administrator can place orders.
    • Room names will be in English, French or Spanish.

  • Deliverables

  • Cancellation Policy
    • Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
      However, we will contact you if the order is incomplete.
  • Fix Requests for Deliverables
    • If you are not satisfied with the delivered images, you may make a Fix Request.
    • A maximum of two Fix Requests can be submitted.
    • Fix Requests must be submitted within one week of delivery.
  • About billing
    • The first order is free of charge.
    • Payment will be invoiced and made to the payment method (e.g. credit card) registered at the start of the team's subscription.
    • If there is a credit balance remaining, that will be used in priority and the balance will be charged.
