Changing your account photo

Changing your photo in the Management Console

  1. Log into your account at
  2. Click the down arrow found next to your account name in the upper right of your screen
  3. Click Account or Business Card
  4. Select Change to the right of the Photo option
  5. Navigate to your photo to upload using Finder/Explorer
  6. Drag and drop the file to upload
  7. Resize if required
  8. Select Save

Changing your photo in the Mobile App

  1. Open the RICOH360 Tours mobile app on your mobile device
  2. Tap Settings or Card
  3. Tap Edit Account or Edit (depending on where you are changing your photo)
  4. Tap Change Photo
  5. Select Library to upload an existing photo or Camera to take a new one
  6. Select the photo from one of your folders or take a new one
  7. Tap Done
  8. Tap Done to exit Edit Account
