Changing your account email

Follow these steps to change the email on your account

Note: this is not the email for your business card. This is the email for your subscription.

Management Console

  1. Login using the Management Console at
  2. Click the down arrow on your account name found in the upper right of your screen
  3. Click Account
  4. Under the Account option look for Email
  5. Click Edit
  6. Enter your new email address
  7. Select Save

You might also want to change your billing email.

  1. Select the gear wheel for settings Screen_Shot_2022-05-18_at_4.52.41_PM.png
  2. Select Manage under the Manage Subscription setting
  3. Under Billing Email, click EDIT
  4. Type in your new email and select Save

Mobile App

Please note that you can only change your account email on the Mobile app, not your billing email.

  1. Launch the mobile app
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Edit Account
  4. Edit your email address
  5. Tap Done
