Follow these steps to change the email on your account
Note: this is not the email for your business card. This is the email for your subscription.
Management Console
- Login using the Management Console at app.ricoh360.com
- Click the down arrow on your account name found in the upper right of your screen
- Click Account
- Under the Account option look for Email
- Click Edit
- Enter your new email address
- Select Save
You might also want to change your billing email.
- Select the gear wheel for settings
- Select Manage under the Manage Subscription setting
- Under Billing Email, click EDIT
- Type in your new email and select Save
Mobile App
Please note that you can only change your account email on the Mobile app, not your billing email.
- Launch the mobile app
- Tap Settings
- Tap Edit Account
- Edit your email address
- Tap Done
