Management Console

1. Login using the Management Console at app.ricoh360.com
2. Click the down arrow on your account logo in the upper right of your screen
3. Click Account 
4. Under Account, click Edit on the option for password
5. Enter your current password, new password, and confirm your new  password
6. Tap Save

Mobile App

1. Launch the RICOH360 Tours app
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Edit Account
4. Tap Change Password
5. Enter your current password, new password, and your new password again
6. Tap Done
