Changing your account name

Follow these steps to change the name on your account

Your account name is the same name as your the name on your Business Card

Management Console

  1. Login using the Management Console at
  2. Click the down arrow by your account icon in the upper right of your screen
  3. Click Account
  4. Under the Account option look for Name
  5. Click Edit
  6. Enter your new account name 
  7. Select Save

Mobile App

  1. Launch the mobile app
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Edit Account
  4. Edit your account name in the Full Name field
  5. Tap Done
