In the Management Console you can update the details for a tour. Here are the steps:

1. Log into the Management Console at app.ricoh360.com
2. Select from the menu bar on the top if Tours are not displayed
3. Select a tour from the list displayed.
4. Select Details from the menu below the Tour Name
   
5. Select in the upper right corner
   *The map displayed in the Details column will show the address entered after clicking from the Tour List screen, or the address entered in Edit Tour Info in , which appears after selecting a tour. For more information, click here.
6. Click on Price and other fields and enter the information.
   
7. There are two ways to enter Description : 1) enter it yourself, or 2) use AI Autogeneration.
   1) Click on the "Description" field and enter any text.
   2) Use the AI auto-generation function
   1. 1. Clickto automatically create a description using the ChatGPT API. The AI will automatically create the appropriate text based on the numerical value entered into each field, such as "Price," and the choices in the drop-down menu.
         
      2. Clicking Confirm will overwrite the automatically generated text in Description field and save it. 
         You can then edit it before saving by clicking on Description field.
         
8. Click Save
