There are two ways to add images to a created tour
1. Add photos saved on your computer 2. Add photos uploaded to RICOH360 Cloud
Add photos saved on your computer
- Log into your account at app.ricoh360.com
- Select the tour that you would like to upload photos, or create a tour by selecting
- If you would like to upload photos to an existing tour, select
or follow the screen prompts to upload photos
- Find the folder where your photos are located on your desktop
- Select one or more photos to upload
- Select Open
- After the photo is uploaded, select Photo Name for each photo and type in the label name
- Select Done
Note: All photos must have a photo name in order for the Done button to be highlighted.
Add photos uploaded to RICOH360 Cloud
The plug-in MUST be installed for your team to use RICOH360 Cloud. For information on registering for RICOH360 Cloud, please see this article: Registering for RICOH360 Cloud
- Log into your account at app.ricoh360.com
- Select the tour that you would like to upload photos to or create a tour by selecting
- Click on
- Click RICOH360 Cloud
- Select the photos you want to use for the tour and click Add
- After the photos are uploaded, select Photo Name for each photo and type in the label name
- Select Done
Note: All photos must have a photo name in order for the Done button to be highlighted.
