Adding photos

There are two ways to add images to a created tour

1. Add photos saved on your computer
2. Add photos uploaded to Cloud Sync


Add photos saved on your computer

  1. Log into your account at app.ricoh360.com
  2. Select the tour that you would like to upload photos, or create a tour by selecting hc_tours_icon_webapp_createtour_en.png
  3. If you would like to upload photos to an existing tour, select hc_tours_icon_webapp_addphotos_en.png or follow the screen prompts to upload photos
  4. Find the folder where your photos are located on your desktop
  5. Select one or more photos to upload
  6. Select Open
  7. After the photo is uploaded, select Photo Name for each photo and type in the label name
  8. Select Done
    Note: All photos must have a photo name in order for the Done button to be highlighted.


Add photos uploaded to Cloud Sync

The plug-in MUST be installed for your team to use Cloud Sync. For information on registering for Cloud Sync, please see this article: Registering for Cloud Sync

  1. Log into your account at app.ricoh360.com
  2. Select the tour that you would like to upload photos to or create a tour by selecting hc_tours_icon_webapp_createtour_en.png
  3. Click onhc_tours_icon_webapp_addphotos_en.png 
  4. Click Cloud Sync
    hc_twin_WebApp_en.png
  5. Select the photos you want to use for the tour and click Add
  6. After the photos are uploaded, select Photo Name for each photo and type in the label name
  7. Select Done
    Note: All photos must have a photo name in order for the Done button to be highlighted.
