You can upload floor plans in JPG format using the RICOH360 Tours Management Console. You can Add, Edit & Delete floor plans. Once uploaded, you can add labels that will take the viewer to the room selected.

Note, when your client is viewing your tour, the floorplan will not appear until you click on a room that is contained on the floorplan. The floorplan will show a larger red circle indicating what room you are in on the floorplan.

Upload Floor Plan

1. Log into the Management console at app.ricoh360.com
2. Select the tour that you would like to add a floor plan to
3. Select Floor Plans 
4. Select Upload Floor Plans or drag and drop a floor plan photo (must be JPG or JPEG)
5. After upload type in the name for your floor plan in the Floor Plan Name field
6. Select Done

Adding Rooms/Labels to a Floor Plan

1. If you have not already done so, log into the Management console at app.ricoh360.com
2. Select the tour you would like to add labels to
3. Select Floor Plans
4. Select the floor plan to add labels to
5. Select  options
6. Select Edit Labels 
7. Move your mouse to the desired room and click.  A list of rooms will come up.  Select the photo that goes to this room on the floor plan.
8. Continue with step 7 until all your rooms have been labeled on the floor plan
9. Select Done  

Delete Rooms/Labels from a Floor Plan

1. If you have not already done so, log into the Management console at app.ricoh360.com
2. Select the tour you would like to add labels to
3. Select Floor Plans
4. Select the floor plan to remove labels from
5. Select  options
6. Select Edit Labels 
7. Find the room to remove and select X
8. Continue with step 7 until all your rooms you wish to remove have been removed
9. Select Done  

Edit Floor Plan Name

1. If you have not already done so, log into the Management console at app.ricoh360.com
2. Select the tour you would like to rename
3. Select Floor Plans
4. Select  options
5. Select Edit Floor Name 
6. Type in the new name for your floor plan
7. Select SAVE

Delete Floor Plan 

1. If you have not already done so, log into the Management console at app.ricoh360.com
2. Select the tour you would like to rename
3. Select Floor Plans
4. Select the floor plan to delete
5. Select  options
6. Select Delete 
7. Confirm you want to delete the floor plan by selecting Delete
